BBB Torch Awards for Ethics are among the highest honors BBB bestows upon a company, recognizing outstanding ethical businesses. CCMI was nominated by a client for the award and had to submit an application. Finalists are chosen based on four key categories — character, culture, customers, and community — by an independent panel of volunteer community leaders, following criteria established by the International Association of Better Business Bureaus.
