Jessica began her career with CCMI in 2011, working in client services, and rejoined the team in 2021 after a five-year break. In her current role as Operations Manager, she supports the partners and enhances the firm’s workflow through a wide variety of responsibilities.

During her time away from CCMI, Jessica embraced the joy of motherhood. Managing the demands of family life taught her to think on her feet, streamline routines, and create systems that reduce stress—skills she now brings to her professional work. She thrives on new challenges and is excited to continue serving both clients and the team.

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from San Diego State University. Before joining CCMI, she worked in client relations for a real estate investment firm.

Jessica and her husband share two daughters and two fluffy rescue cats, Marley and Rocco Muchacho. She loves volunteering in the classroom. Her favorite activities include stand-up paddleboarding, running, hiking, heated yoga and playing in the ocean with her girls.
